Return / Refund Policy for Digital Items

Any digital items like digital wedding invitations or digital birthday invitations does not have a return / refund policy.

If you want some modification to the purchased invitation design, please contact us at oneforthememory23@gmail.com within 5 days of the purchase. We will help you out with maximum 2 iterations of your purchased products.

As a part of the request email, please send us your order id, and a detailed description of the requirement along with photos (if possible). We will reach out to you on your shared email communication within 1 day. We will try to help you out the best we can.

Also note that there is no cancellation policy for digital products. An item once purchased cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled.
